If I could give Maria Mitchell 5000 stars I would. We initially met Maria back in August when my husband and I went to an open house that she was hosting. We made it clear that this was not the right house for us But that did not stop her from giving us her undivided attention. She spent at least 15 minutes with us educating us on the ins and outs of home buying and selling. Maria is truly an expert in her field. Fast forward to October. We reached out to Maria on a Wednesday, we explained our difficult home search and the unique challenges that we experienced, she welcomed us with open arms. We had been using another realtor from July until October. We lost out on 3 other homes and were feeling quite defeated. After our phone conversation with Maria on Wednesday, she scheduled us to view multiple homes on that Saturday. She was on her game in this high demand, low inventory real estate market. She even added a home that popped up late on Friday night. She booked us 6 back to back showings. That was the day that we found our home- the late Friday night listing. Maria was able to get our offer accepted in a multiple offer situation. Her knowledge and experience was on our side. We were under contracted the next evening -Sunday. Suzanne was extremely helpful considering that I was looking for a condo remotely from my home in Pennsylvania. I was familiar with the Largo - Seminole - St. Petersburg area since I have visited the area for 30+ years and decided to purchase a condo after having rented for a 3-month winter stay for the past 2 years. Our experience with Daniel was amazing. We are an older couple and I myself can be on the picky side. Simply put, I needed a lifeline. I had faced multiple attempts over a few years to sell my house in a market that was severely impacted due to poor decisions made by our financial institutions years back. I was stuck. Then, a relocation across the country. Renters had turned into a poor choice for a host of reasons. I cannot gush enough about Keith. He was professional yet kind and compassionate to our plight. He came into a unique situation with my aging mother ( slight dementia) and her very large demands. He handled it with grace and ease. He made some suggestions to get her house ready for sale and I was all too happy when he took my lead and suggested that 90% of her hoarded items must go and the walls could be painted a nice neutral color instead of the dark blues that she currently had.
